  • If your booking is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund requests made within 7 days of the scheduled departure will be processed with a 50% charge.
  • Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure.
  • Refunds will only be processed for bookings made via our platform.

  3. Select the booking you want to cancel.
  4. Click on the "Request Refund" button and fill out the necessary details.
  5. Submit your refund request. Our team will process your request within 2-3 business days.
